This policy explains how Vince Sports Massage (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use this website or book a session. We are the data controller under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect
- Bookings: sessions are booked through Calendly, which collects your name, email address and any details you enter when booking, under its own privacy policy.
- Phone and email: whatever you choose to share when you contact us directly.
- Health information: to treat you safely we may ask about injuries, medical conditions and medication. We use this only for your treatment, with your explicit consent, and keep it confidential.
- Website usage: only if you accept cookies, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel record how the site is used (pages viewed, device, approximate location, how you arrived and, for Clarity, clicks and scrolling) and whether you clicked through to book. See the Cookie Policy.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
- Calendly, for online bookings;
- our email provider, for messages you send us;
- Google, Microsoft and Meta, for analytics and advertising, only if you accept cookies;
- Vercel, which hosts the website, Supabase, which stores website content, and Rosey Co, the agency that maintains the website.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations (such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 2 years. Client and treatment records are kept for as long as needed for your care and to meet professional, insurance and legal requirements, then securely deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its use, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time (for cookies, use “Cookie settings” in the footer). Email vince4fitness@gmail.com; we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
